Many customers shopping with Wayfair rely on customer support or category sales specialists to complete their purchase. When I joined in 2018, the help experience was fractured across many different pages and design treatments. In 2019, I did an audit of the current state of support and sales experiences across the PDP, Footer, Header, Cart, and Checkout pages. I came up with several design solutions - a floating action button, a PDP component, and a header component.

The floating action button was eventually adopted across all pages of Wayfair.com and has now been used by millions of customers.
