Celsius was a global cryptocurrency platform and bitcoin mining company. I worked as a Growth Product Manager, responsible for the consumer-facing website and building out landing pages for community activations and marketing campaigns. I did all of the digital design work, and I managed the engineers who implemented the website.
Our redesign improved conversions by 40% and lowered bounce rate by 25%, and integrated a new A/B testing tool which would allow us to personalize the site experience. The site also got excellent feedback from community members who used it daily.
